Full E-Raffle Mechanics:
1. Promo period is from Aug 13 to 15, 2021
2. Every P1,000 single or accumulated purchase within the promo period from any establishment of SM Lanang Premier entitles the shopper to one (1) e-raffle entry, except for the following:
• SM Foodhall- Customer gets one (1) e-raffle entry with every P250 single receipt purchase
3. Customers can only upload the same purchase receipt once.
4. Customers automatically get double e-raffle entries for Saturday and Sunday purchases during the promo period.
5. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing raffle promo of SM Supermalls. Customer can use his/her official receipt for one SM Supermalls promo only.
6. Customers must be 21 years old and above to qualify in the promo.
7. To upload the e-raffle entry, customer must scan the QR deployed at the redemption booth or at our Central Concierge located at the Ground Level during mall hours within the promo period.
8. Customers can also upload their raffle entry thru this link, https://gosm.link/SM_eRaffle. This link will be posted in SM Lanang Premier’s Facebook Page.
9. Receipts for purchase of gift certificates, payment of phone/credit card/electric/other utility bills, membership fees, insurance premiums, housing, car and other form of loans, and the like are not qualified for the promo.

14. Winners will be notified by registered mail and an SMS Notification sent by SM malls.
15. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
16. The winner will shoulder the prize tax, insurance, transfer fees, freight and other related fees.
17. A customer may win only once and will not be eligible to join The Great 3 Day Sale raffle promo in other SM Malls for the year 2021.
18. For proper identification, the winner must present the following to claim his/her prize at the Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) Administration of SM Lanang Premier c/o the Marketing Department from Monday to Friday, 2PM to 5PM.
a. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered email
b. SMS confirmation messages from SM Supermalls
c. 2 Valid Government IDs
d. All customers (regardless if registered, unregistered, or without mobile number) must bring their official receipts
19. In case of loss of SMS confirmation message, the following must be presented:
• Notarized Affidavit of Loss
• Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail
• 2 Valid Government ID’s
20. In the absence of the winner, an authorized representative must present the following to claim the prize on behalf of the winner:
• Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
• Notarized authorization letter from the Winner
• Two (2) valid government IDs of the Winner
• Two (2) valid government IDs of the Representative
• Winner’s notification letter sent via registered email

21. Unclaimed prize after 60 days of notification will be reported to DTI and upon approval by DTI shall be forfeited in favor of Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC).
22. The Shopping Center Management Corporation’s decision is final in concurrence with DTI.
23. Not qualified to participate in this raffle promotion: Employees of Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, mall tenants of SM Lanang Premier, agencies, service providers, respective officers and the relatives of the employees up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
