New-to-Bank members will receive ten (10) raffle entries in their first swipe and one (1) entry in the succeeding transactions. More e-raffle entries mean more chances of winning P1M which will be credited to your account. Six consolation prize winners will also receive P100,000 in their cards.

How to Win
1. The Promotion is open to all active PNB credit cardholders in good credit standing excluding Corporate and Distribution cards.
2. The promo period is from May 01 to August 31, 2014.
3. Cardholders can earn electronic raffle entries subject to the following criteria:
A. For New-to-Bank cardholders – An Initial card usage minimum of P2,500 on a single-receipt purchase automatically earns the cardholder 10 electronic raffle entries. Every P2,500 single-receipt purchase thereafter entitles the cardholder one (1) electronic raffle entry.
B. For existing cardholders – Every P2,500 single-receipt purchase will earn one (1) electronic raffle entry.
4. All transactions made within the promo period will qualify. Raffle entries earned by Supplementary cardholders will be credited to the Principal cardholder’s account.
5. Qualified transactions are local and foreign retail transactions (straight, installment and online) made during the promo period. The following transactions are excluded from this promo:
– Card fees (annual fee, overlimit fee, interest charges, & etc.)
– ATM (cash advances, payments, etc.)
– Non-merchant installment (balance transfer, convert to cash and transaction conversion)
– quasi-cash and casino gaming transactions
6. Purchases of more than P2,500 in a single receipt will be divided into multiples of P2,500 and will be given the corresponding electronic raffle number entries. Excess amount less than P2,500 will not be qualified for any raffle entry. Combination of receipts is not allowed.
7. Raffle prizes are as follows:
Grand prize: One (1) winner of P1,000,000 credited to his/her winning PNB credit card
Consolation prizes: Six (6) winners of P100,000 credited to their winning PNB credit card

9. A cardholder may only win once during the raffle promo. Should a cardholder’s name be drawn more than once, he/she will automatically get the prize of higher value.
10. Non-winning entries from the monthly draw will still be eligible for the succeeding raffle draws.
11. Winners will be drawn via Electronic Raffle Draw at the 3/F Credit Card Department, PNB Makati Office, 6754 Ayala Ave., Makati City witnessed by a DTI representative.
12. Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
13. The winning credit card must be active for a minimum of 12 months from the date when prize was credited. Prizes will be forfeited or charged back to the credit card if the winning card is cancelled. No refunds will be given.
14. Winning cardholders will be notified by phone and through an official notification letter sent by registered mail, based on the cardholder’s information in the records of PNB.
15. Prizes will be credited to the PNB credit card account of the winner upon submission of the following documents within 60 days from the receipt of the notification letter.
· original notification letter from PNB
· original signed quitclaim form (to be delivered along with the notification letter)
· winning eligible PNB – issued credit card
· Two government-issued IDs with photo (Passport, SSS/GSIS or Driver’s License, etc.)
16. The submission of the requirements may be done by an authorized representative assigned by the cardholder. The representative must present a valid ID together with an authorization letter signed by the cardholder and must submit the following:
· original notification letter from PNB
· original signed quitclaim form (to be delivered along with the notification letter)
· copy of winning eligible PNB – issued credit card
· copy of cardholder’s ID
17. Winners must claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of the notification letter. If for any reason, the winner does not claim the prize within the redemption period, the prize will be forfeited, in favor of PNB with prior approval from DTI.
18. Crediting of prizes will be processed within two weeks from submission of requirements
19. The requirements should be submitted at the 5/F Credit Card Department, PNB Makati Office, 6754 Ayala Ave., Makati City on weekdays from 9 am to 5pm. No extensions will be given.
20. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB. All decisions made by PNB will be deemed final and irrevocable with prior concurrence of DTI. PNB reserves the right to reject a participant if he/she is unable to meet the conditions set out in the promo mechanics. PNB reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the drawn entries (the winners’ account with PNB must be active and in good credit standing for the duration of the Promotion Period and the 60 day redemption period).
21. The 20% prize tax shall be shouldered by PNB.
22. PNB shall have the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as it deems appropriate.
23. Employees of PNB, their advertising agencies and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.
