How to Join

  • Log in to your Facebook account and be a follower of Lactum 3+ or 6+ Facebook page. Follow them at: https://www.facebook.com/LactumPhilippines
  • Access the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Birthday Party Blowout tab and click the Join button.
  • Register your personal details through the form provided.
  • Upload a photo of your child holding his/her favorite Lactum 3+ or 6+ item with Mickey Mouse Mealtime Surprise premium item. He/She doesn’t need to be in a costume. The photo must contain a single picture, a collage is an invalid entry. It must be also saved in JPG, PNG, non-animated GIF file formats, and shall not exceed 1MB.
  • When you’re done uploading, click the Submit button.
  • Mead Johnson Nutrition (MJN) will review your entry, and shall email you in 48 hours if it is valid. If so, your entry will be housed in the photo gallery of the contest tab.
  • If your entry is not appropriate, MJN reserves the right to disqualify your entry. Inappropriate entries include:
    • Those entries that are obscene
    • Photo captures the use of a feeding bottle, a competing milk brand, a child that appears younger than 3 years old.
  • You may submit multiple entries, but can only win once.
  • Submit your entries until July15, 2014 at 11:59PM.

How to Win

  • There will be a pre-selection of entries through public voting at the contest app.
  • From July 16 to 31, 2014, ask your friends/relatives to vote, through liking your photo entry, as saved in the gallery section of the contest app. But your friends have to follow Lactum 3+/6+ Facebook page first before they can access the contest app.
  • A Facebook account can vote once only during the entire voting period.
  • Top 20 entries with the most number of votes at the end of the voting period will be then subjected to a judging process on August 4, 2014. Criteria is as follows:
    • Originality and Creativity – 50%
    • Brand Relevance/Product Placement – 40%
    • Relevance to the Theme – 10%
  • Top three entries will be announced on August 5, 2014 who shall receive the following prize:
    • Rank 1 – Mickey Mouse Clubhouse-themed Birthday Party worth P50,000
    • Rank 2 – iPad Air
    • Rank 3 – Samsung Smart Camera
