Query on reselling hosting: I sell items for Curt Manufacturing, they have pdf file links to installation instructions for their parts. Someone else has taken that file from the manufacturer, saved it on their computer, and then hosted that file on their own site (they could also be reselling Curt parts) and had a pdf link go through their site instead of the manufacturer. It is the exact same link.
I have burrowed that link and used it, and the owner of that site is threatening me.
Are they trying to intimidate me or do they actually have grounds?
