- Create a video blog of Cathy Doll products, combination of short product review and application. The video must highlight Cathy Doll makeup products and must show your makeup skills, reviewing ability and creativity. Participants can only feature Cathy Doll items.
- The video must run for a maximum of 8 minutes only with 1080 resolution and should not include a watermark.
- Upload the video on YouTube and email the link to beautydashasia2019.ph@gmail.com with the subject title: Beauty Dash Asia 2019- Philippines. Make sure to fill up the Beauty Dash Asia 2019 Application Form found in this link, https://bit.ly/2Iio9k1. All video entries must be in published status and viewable by Public on or before the deadline.
- Deadline of entry submission is on May 8, 2019 at 11:59PM Manila Time. Only one video entry per contestant will be accepted. Announcement of the chosen Philippine is on May 13, 2019 thru Karmartsclub Singapore official Facebook page.

Eligibility
· Aged 18 and above, all genders are welcome to participate.
· Participants must not have any exclusive contract with any other cosmetic brands.
· Participants must be a Filipino citizen and currently resides in the Philippines.
· Participants must be able to communicate in English.
· Participants must be available for shooting in Thailand to represent the Philippines during the regional level of Beauty Dash Asia 2019 from May 25-31, 2019 and participate in the contest that will run for 7-days and is comprised of challenges to test their talents, skills and personality.
· Participant must be physically fit. The chosen Philippine representative must be able to provide an official medical certificate issued by a physician.
· The contest is open nationwide.
