How to Win

  1. This promo is open to all valid M&S Loyalty Members only.
  2. Promo period to qualify for the raffle (issuing of raffle stubs) will be from August 14-November 1, 2015.
  3. Loyalty members earn one raffle ticket for every P2500 purchase of single-receipt purchase on regular-priced or promo items in any Marks & Spencer store from August 14 to November 1, 2015.
  4. Raffle coupon will be given by the cashier together with the receipt of the purchase.
  5. The Customer shall fill-up the raffle coupons with the complete information below and drop them in the raffle boxes available at all participating Marks & Spencer branches. (Complete Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email Address, M&S Loyalty Card Number, Date, Signature Affixed).
  6. Completely filled up raffle stubs should be dropped in the designated drop boxes at the same M&S store.
  7. Deadline for dropping entries is on November 1, 2015, 9pm.
  8. Sealed drop boxes will be consolidated and will be delivered to Marks & Spencer Greenbelt 5, for safekeeping under the custody of Rustan Marketing Specialists Inc. Provincial stores have to schedule with DTI reps in their cities to witness taking out the raffle coupons on November 1 from raffle boxes and sealing in envelopes for courier to Head Office immediately.
  9. There will be 1 Raffle Draw which will be held at Marks & Spencer Greenbelt 5, on November 5, 2015, at 5:00pm. The draw will be witnessed by a representative from the Department of Trade & Industry.
  10. There will be 1 winner of Round trip Airfare Tickets to London for two via Philippine Airlines Business Class plus US$2,000 pocket money, and 1 winner of Round trip Airfare tickets to London for two via Philippine Airlines Economy Class plus $1,000 pocket money (*pocket money includes fees for hotel accommodations of the winner’s preference, tours, meals, visa fees and other miscellaneous expenses).
  11. Winners will be notified by registered mail, phone call and via text and email.
  12. In claiming the prize, winner must present the registered mail together with two official Government ID. Prizes may be claimed at Rustan Marketing Specialists, Inc. 4th Flr., Urban Bldg, 405 Sen Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City.
  13. The 20% tax on all prizes will be shouldered by Rustan Marketing Specialists Inc. Marks & Spencer will not cover any airfare, transportation costs, hotel accommodation and other incidental costs that the winners may incur in claiming the raffle prize.
  14. Winners are given 60 calendar days from receipt of notice by registered mail to claim their prize. Marks & Spencer will forfeit unclaimed prizes with prior DTI approval.
  15. Other travel requirements such as visa applications and other travel related expenses outside of the scope shouldered by RMSI will be shouldered by the winner.
  16. The management and staff of Rustan Marketing Specialists, Inc., including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are all disqualified from participating in this promotion.
  17. Round trip Airfare tickets and pocket money are transferrable up to the first degree of consanguinity. Round Trip Airfare tickets are not convertible to cash, nor are exchangeable or redeemable for other items.
  18. Round Trip Airfare tickets will be issued in the form of travel certificates, which will have a travel period valid for 1 year from the date the winners are announced.

  20. By accepting the raffle prize, the winner agrees to hold Rustan Marketing Specialists Inc free and harmless from any loss, injury or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Raffle Promo caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the raffle prizes.
